I would like to arrange coaching privately – not through my organisation, Can you do that?

Yes. For personal coaching we can arrange an initial consultation, which is free of charge. During this consultation I will work with you to let you know a little more about me, to understand more about coaching, identify the areas of your work/life that you want to change and consider the best approach for your coaching journey. There is no obligation to continue and this session is designed to help you decide whether coaching is for you.
