And finally – it is really important that we learn!
I believe that any assignment I undertake, is only a part of a larger journey for the individual or organisation. For the assignment to have value to you, the outcomes must enable you to successfully progress to the next steps.
Plan Ongoing Development
We can work together to consider the format of any learning from the project/ assignment. We can look for and take advantage of opportunities for you or your staff to learn skills or approaches from the assignment delivery. Then you can use them yourself in future.
Once the assignment is nearing completion, we can work together to measure progress against the agreed outcomes and to forward plan where possible to ensure sustained change and benefit.
