Developing People Through Coaching
Coaching involves working with individuals and teams to improve an aspect of their work, themselves or their life, which they want to change. DSHC has worked with clients to enable them to achieve key goals, via personal development, in both work and life situations.

Realising Potential
As a coach, I provide support to enable people to realise their inner potential. It is a partnership to enable real learning and change. During the journey clients (coachees) are supported to:
- Identify their area(s) of focus for the coaching sessions
- Define their desired vision and outcomes
- Create a plan of how to achieve the outcomes
- Navigate and progress towards their outcomes
- Celebrate their success and equip themselves to maintain that success
